who would like to participate in
this Promotion during the Promotion Period are acknowledged as follows:
A.

and Share Award: You will grant access to the Say ASUS & Win Facebook
app (“ASUS App”) and

ASUS Video”) on the menu of the ASUS Fanpage. Share the Say ASUS

blogs, tag your friends on the Say ASUS Picture, and earn the points. The top three (3) Eligible Entrants
(define below) earn the most points will be awarded a Nexus 7. Points calculations
are based on the following:
a.
By
posting the Say ASUS Video on your Facebook timeline, you will get one (1)
point. Every click by a Facebook user on Say
ASUS Video you post gets you one
(1) more point.
b.
By
tagging one (1) friend on the Say ASUS Picture on your Facebook
, you will get ten (10) points.
c.

B.
Also,

ASUS (the qualified video hereinafter referred to “Video”), and click submit bottom.
C.
Videos must be 60 seconds or
less in duration, the content must be
related to the Topic, originally created by you and comply with all applicable
laws and regulations of intellectual property right or similar right, and shall
be accepted through only electronic upload via Facebook App. Any unrelated content or method against this Terms and
Conditions will not be eligible for this Promotion.
ASUS reserves the right to
evaluate whether the upload Video is qualified.
D.
Provided
you share Say ASUS Video and ASUS App,
tag your friends on the Say ASUS Pictures, or give ASUS your Video, and provide
your personal information, i.e. name or nickname (“Personal Information”), you
will be eligible (“Eligible Entrant”) for this Promotion.
E.
Weekly
Winner: the top most-viewed Video during the week will win the weekly prize --
an ASUS ZENBOOK. Eligible Entrant can only be the Weekly Winner for one time.
ASUS will announce and subsequently inform the Weekly Winner and top three (3)
most-viewed Video of each week on the ASUS Fanpage
from December 31st, 2012 (Dec. 31st, Jan. 7th, Jan. 14th,
Jan. 21st, and Jan. 28th).
F.
ASUS
Panel Selection: based on creativity and quality, Video that uses the official
pronunciation correctly (ey-soos) and expresses it in
the most creative way will win the Say ASUS prize. Video will be solely evaluated by ASUS,
and will be awarded with an ASUS TAICHI.
ASUS will announce and subsequently inform the Say ASUS Prize Winner on the
ASUS Fanpage on February 6th, 2013. Weekly
Winners are allowed to join this contest.
G.
Grand
Prize Winner: On January 28th, 2013, ASUS will announce the top
fifteen (15) most-viewed Videos into the finale, and those fifteen Videos will
be evaluated by ASUS for final contest. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected
based on both the video views on the ASUS Fanpage
(75%) plus ASUS’ evaluation (25%), and will be awarded with the grand prize –a
pair travel package with a total market value of USD$10,000 including flights
and accommodations, please refer to Section 4H for more details. ASUS will
announce and subsequently inform the Grand Prize Winner on the ASUS Fanpage on February 6th, 2013. Weekly Winners
are allowed to join this final contest.
H.
Additional
terms for the Grand Prize:
a.
A
pair travel package means the prize is for the Grand Prize Winner plus a guest.
b.
Dates
and destinations of the Grand Prize trip must be planned in conjunction with
the travel agency appointed by ASUS and are subject to availability and
standard airline and hotel terms and conditions.
c.
All
travelers must obtain, via their own efforts and cost, all necessary passports,
visas, medical certificates, or other documentation required to enter all the
destination countries.
d.
Travel
insurance is not provided, but is mandatory.
e.
The
Grand Prize does not include domestic airport transfers or any other costs of a
personal nature not stated for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest.
f.
The
Grand Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any
part is unused.
g.
ASUS
is not responsible if tickets, etc. are lost, stolen, or misplaced by the Grand
Prize Winner and the guest, and the above will not be replaced or if booked
transportations are missed for any reason.
h.
Actual
value of the trip depends on Grand Prize Winner’s residence or departure
country.

ASUS, its affiliates and subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-exclusive,
non-revocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right to promote and
distribute part or all of the Video
in any media formats with any manner, including without limitation to modify,
reproduce, public broadcast, public transmission, adapt, distribute, publish,
public release, or otherwise use the Information. If Eligible Entrant
does
not have authorization for the above right, please do not upload the Video to ASUS Fanpage.
6.
This Promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You agree to grant Facebook a complete release regarding this Promotion. You acknowledge that you are
providing your comments and Personal
